The original text of the Su Nu Jing reads: "The man sits upright in a sitting position while the woman straddles his thighs and holds his neck with her hands. The man's penis penetrates the teeth of the man and holds the woman's buttocks to help her shake and raise her. The woman feels pleasure and her semen flows out. The woman feels pleasure and the seven injuries stop and heal themselves. The ninth type is called Crane Neck Intercourse." Meaning: the man is sitting on his knees with his knees open, the girl is riding on him with her legs on either side of the man and her arms around his neck. While the penis is inserted into the female genitals, it rubs the girl's labia and stimulates the clitoris. The man holds the woman's buttocks with both hands to help her shake and thrust up and down. "After several intercourses, a girl will have mucus dripping out, and she will stop after reaching orgasm. This can allow the seven injuries to heal themselves without treatment. ” The wisdom of our predecessors is invaluable. This can be seen from the fact that when describing the love between two sexes, the word "embracing" is used instead of "mating". In the crane-necked position, both sexes embrace each other face to face, with cheeks touching and necks kissing, and they are so happy that it cannot be experienced in other positions. According to the book “The Sea of Sins of Monks and Nuns”, Emperor Shun, the twelfth emperor of the Yuan Dynasty, supported all Lama monks and learned the “dual cultivation method” from them, which is the nine kinds of lovemaking methods in the secret sexual art of Lamaism. These nine sexual positions are very similar to the nine methods of making love mentioned by Xuannv. Whether the two are discussing the methods and purposes of health preservation and disease prevention, or the techniques of penetration depth, movement speed and number of sexual intercourse, except for a few small parts, most of them coincide with each other. Even the names of the two are roughly the same. Among the names, except that the second method's "tiger step" was changed to "tiger walk", and the eighth method's "fish connecting scales" was changed to "fish swim", the other names are exactly the same. The "Thirty Methods" contained in the book "Dong Xuan Zi" are similar to the dual cultivation method. They all study and discuss sexual intercourse techniques, love positions, various secret plays, etc. In a word, whether it is the Thirty Methods, the Miscellaneous Methods or the Nine Methods of the Su Nu Sutra, they all use sex as a way to achieve the goal of health and longevity, or to pray that both men and women can get rid of diseases, be healthy and live long. Although the Nine Methods of the Su Nu Sutra, the Dual Cultivation Method of Lama Monks, and the Thirty Methods of Dong Xuan Zi are generally the same, they also have slight differences. The Nine Methods of Su Nu Jing emphasize that men should strive to remain calm, cultivate an atmosphere, and grasp the opportunity. The "tricks" they use are mainly to give girls pleasure. The principle of having sex is one man and one woman, and emphasis is placed on the number of insertions. The Lama Dual Cultivation Method, as the name suggests, is a "dual" practice, that is, the study of techniques to enable both sexes to enjoy the pleasure of lovemaking. The dual cultivation method is more particular about the insertion of the penis into the female genitals during intercourse. For example, a dragon flipping is eight shallows and five deeps, a tiger walking is five shallows and three deeps, a monkey fighting is nine shallows and six deeps, a cicada clinging is ten shallows and four deeps, a phoenix flying is six shallows and three deeps, a rabbit sucking hair is four shallows and one deep, and cranes embracing each other is ten shallows and seven deeps; only a turtle leaping and a fish swimming are not recorded. However, in the Su Nu Jing, only the Long Fan (eight shallow and three deep) has this kind of description of depth. In addition, the practice of only one method also introduces the lovemaking method of two women and one man, such as the "fish swimming" posture, which is a lovemaking position for one man and two women. This is different from the "fish connecting scales" which is the eighth of the nine methods in the Su Nu Sutra. The method is that one of the two girls lies on her back on the bed, and the other lies on top of her facing each other, like the sexual intercourse position. The three of them flirted and played with each other until they were sexually excited. Then the man lay on his back and the two women took turns riding on him, attacking upwards and doing whatever they wanted. In this position, although the male does not take the initiative, he lies still and watches coldly the two women take turns scrambling to swallow his penis. Especially when the two women are excited, they can't stop and are eager to reach orgasm, which is bound to be full of fun and enjoyment. |
